Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before your product is shipped. If you cancel before shipping, you will receive a full refund. However, once your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send returns to the manufacturer.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. No restocking fees will be charged.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method.

You can keep all bonus items, even if you return the product.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company—processing times may vary.
  3. Reach out to your bank, as there may be a delay in posting.
